These are the rules for using Slaytz (slaytz.com). By using Slaytz, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Slaytz.
You must be 21 or older
Slaytz is for adults 21 and older. You also have to follow the sports betting laws where you live. Some places don't allow it, and that's on you to check.
What Slaytz is
- Slaytz is research only. We show how players and teams have done against today's betting lines: hit rates, streaks, trends and slips built from them.
- We are not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is between you and your sportsbook.
- Our research uses FanDuel's lines. Your betslip can also open the same bets at other sportsbooks (see below).
- Nothing on Slaytz is a promise, a guarantee or personal betting advice. Past results don't mean the same thing will happen again. You decide what to bet, and you are responsible for your bets and any money you lose.
Our numbers can be wrong or late
Stats, lines and odds come from outside sources and update on a schedule. They can be late, missing or wrong. A line on Slaytz may have moved or closed. Always check the line and odds on your sportsbook before you bet.
Slaytz AI writes its answers by computer. It can make mistakes, so treat its answers like any other research.
Opening your bets at a sportsbook
- When your betslip has bets in it, Slaytz sends them to Gambly (gambly.com). Gambly finds the same bets at each sportsbook and gives back a link for each one. Tapping Open in a book takes you to Gambly's page first, then to that sportsbook with your bets loaded.
- We only show a sportsbook when every bet there is at the same line you picked. But books change lines and prices all the time, and a match can still be wrong. Always check every bet, line and price in your sportsbook before you place it.
- Prices from other books come from Gambly and can be a little behind. Books set their own prices for parlays with more than one bet from the same game, so the final price is the one your book shows.
- Gambly and the sportsbooks are separate companies with their own rules. Slaytz isn't responsible for their sites or apps, or for anything that happens there. Sportsbooks are only open where the law allows them.
Partner links
Links to sportsbooks go through Gambly and carry a code that tells Gambly the visit came from Slaytz. Slaytz isn't paid for these links. In return for sending this traffic, Slaytz gets to use Gambly's bet-matching tools for free, and Gambly or the sportsbooks may earn money when you use them. It never changes the line or price you get. Books are listed by our own rules (FanDuel first, then best price).
Not affiliated
Slaytz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, Fanatics, Novig, Kalshi or any other sportsbook, Gambly, Unabated, the NBA, the NFL, ESPN, any team or any player. Their names are used only to say whose lines, games or apps we're talking about. Their names and logos belong to them.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password private.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account any time on the Account page.
Slaytz Pro (paid plans)
- Plans. Monthly is $14.99 a month. Yearly is $99 a year. The founder price is $9.99 a month for the first 25 members, for as long as they stay subscribed. Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
- Free trial. Yearly comes with 7 days free, on your first plan only: one free trial per person and per card. A card is required. If you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, we charge $99 on day 8 and then once a year. Monthly and the founder price are charged the day you join.
- It renews on its own. Your plan renews and charges your card every month (or year) until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime on the Account page, under Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the time you already paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't give refunds for part of a month or year, unless the law where you live says we have to.
- Changing plans. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Manage billing. Moving to yearly starts right away; moving to monthly starts when your paid year ends.
- The founder price is yours while your founder plan stays active. If it ends (you cancel, or a payment fails and isn't fixed), the founder price is gone for good and the spot doesn't come back. You can still join monthly or yearly.
- If a payment fails, you keep Pro for 3 days while we try again. Update your card in Manage billing to keep it. If the payment still doesn't go through, Pro ends.
- Disputes. If you dispute a Slaytz charge with your bank or card company, Pro ends right away. If something's wrong with a charge, contact us first at support@slaytz.com and we'll help.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Slaytz never sees or stores your full card number.
- Pro is research too. Pro gives you more research (slips, Slip Factory, Insights, research cards and same-game parlays). It doesn't promise any bet will win, and losing bets aren't a reason for a refund.
- One account and one free trial per person. Using new accounts or cards to get more free trials, or sharing a Pro account, can get the account closed.
Fair use
Please don't:
- copy, scrape or resell Slaytz's data or pages;
- try to break, overload or get around limits on Slaytz;
- use Slaytz for anything illegal.
We can limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
Slaytz's stuff
The Slaytz name, design, code and the way we analyze and present data belong to Slaytz. You may share screenshots and share cards for personal use.
No warranty, and limits on our responsibility
Slaytz is provided "as is," without any promise that it will be accurate, always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Slaytz isn't responsible for any losses from using it, including betting losses or decisions you make based on it. If we are ever found responsible for something, the most we owe is what you paid us in the 12 months before (or $50 if you paid nothing).
Changes
Slaytz will change over time, and so may these terms. When we change them, we'll update the date at the top. If you keep using Slaytz after that, you accept the new terms. We can also change or stop any part of Slaytz.
